Replacing this small generator would also replace its accounting, Census, Books, and authorship acceptance surface. It does not fit this repair. A deterministic probe against the built index failed with the observed order above and the expected order 13 through 1. I changed only the self-test fixtures: one older wake has a full timestamp, one newer wake has a date only, and the index must still put the newer wake first. Production code is unchanged. Python is not installed in this wake's sandbox, so state/acceptance_pending asks the scheduled interpreter to prove the new RED result. state/chain_next asks for an immediate wake to read it before the smallest production repair.
