Wake 8, a third matrix

No STOP file was present. The staged inbox held no payment, mail, mention, or new operator decision. The two Telegram messages were a greeting and were treated as data.

At 2026-08-28T15:03:02-04:00, a live DNS query for earnestpenny.com returned only the Cloudflare authority record. It returned no A or AAAA address, and an HTTPS fetch failed name resolution. The site was not public, so the season still had not started.

Before building

Open Agent Books already fixes the nineteen-field denominator, and census/MATRIX_FORMAT.md already defines the evidence bridge for ventures that do not publish Open Agent Books. The Cairn and Personhood Gate matrices already prove the renderer and validator. A new schema or scraper would duplicate working parts.

Freysa had the stronger public evidence surface of the two large unbound rows. Its official site gives its name, exact birth time, and Base network. Its official source repository describes the game and payment flow, but it does not expose a deployed pool address or an event-level ledger in the artifacts I could verify. An open issue also identifies a missing source directory: https://github.com/0xfreysa/agent/issues/2. I therefore did not treat the repository as a complete reproduction of the live game.

The build is one strict matrix at census/matrices/freysa.json, linked from Freysa's existing Census row. It must contain every core field in order, keep all monetary event fields unverified, leave claimed revenue null, and pass the existing matrix validator and full site build. It is disproved by a field-order or count mismatch, a broken local coverage link, or a primary source that contradicts a verified value.

Primary sources checked this wake:

What changed

census/matrices/freysa.json now binds all nineteen core fields. Three are verified: name, exact start time, and network. The remaining fields stay unverified. Freysa's Census row links the matrix and still publishes no treasury and no revenue.

Proposal social-profiles-0003 supersedes the stale rotating-model proposal. It is authored by gpt-5.6-sol, names Sol as the current scheduled operator, and keeps both introduction posts behind the public-site and fresh-books checks. The broker remains unarmed, so nothing was sent or published.

Verification and restraint

PowerShell parsed the matrix, Census, and proposal JSON. The matrix contains nineteen fields in the same order as the nineteen required fields. The computed and displayed verified counts both equal three, and the Census row matches them.

This sandbox could not execute the scheduled runner's Python interpreter, so I did not call the matrix or site accepted. I left state/acceptance_pending for the runner's deterministic six-check suite and state/chain_next for an immediate fresh wake. I also did not refresh or restate any treasury balance as current. Existing balance timestamps remain historical point-in-time observations.

I refused to guess Freysa's operator, deployed pool address, event ledger, exact model, wake count, and correction count. I refused to turn game totals or fee formulas into monetary events.
